2003
I had a very bad experience with two car dealers , Merit and Midway chev.
At merit the salesperson tried to sell me last years model ,
This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle , I looked at the paperwork and it listed the car as a year older than what I was led to believe .
The salesman got upset that I was refusing to sign on the older model , so ,
He got a lead salesman, a guy who was wearing dark sunglasses, this guy got really nasty and made my Dad and I feel like we were the bad guys .
Dad and I were shocked , my trade in was not going to last for me
( a so called great car that a friend of my sisters got for me = but not so great , it was on its way out with a bad main engine bearing, when I told my sister about that , her friend accused me of abusing the car somehow, I was to blame for the junker gift )
so, we took the abuse , and the car ,
Which I promptly brought back and switched for a Pickup.
When it was time for me to get the truck serviced,
(you should always change the fluids on new vehicle as it breaks in , to clear out manufacturing debris, metal shavings and such .).
I brought it to Midway . There some dildo service guy, raced out of the rear door at the dealership ramming my new truck into a huge dumpster!
When I got there to pick my new pride and joy up ( I had put ground affect lighting on it and such ) the shop foreman acted really upset and worried, he conned me out of calling my insurance company.
He convinced me that = brand new parts would be put on my vehicle, the door the bed of the truck and such .
But he was lying
I went back later only to find a REALLY NASTY CHEAP bondo job !
I got upset , the foreman threw me to the sales department, where they conbed me into bigger car payment and a repossessed extended cab truck .
It still had the former owners important family documents hidden in a interior compartment ( they were from a Native American family up north ) there was dog hair all over also .
I later couldn’t handle the payments so I let them repo it .
But in the state of Minnesota you have to pay for something you don’t own = that left me with a almost $ 2’000.00 debt.
I got upset when my wages started to get garnished, I was working at a sweat shop Truck U . A shop that was is very hazardous.
So I just quit , instead of paying on a con job by predators at those two dealerships.
One day a couple years later I was drinking and decided to ( in the middle of the nite) ram the garage door at Midway
Criminal damage to property was the charge
, and the vic Midway tried to place blame on me for things (damage) I did not do .
But the real story here is the lawyer , I (my parents ) hired , Brian Marsden he was known to me since we were in the Scouts , the son of an important judicature
BUT unbeknownst to me , he was also an associate of the people who got me beaten ( attacked) in the 80’s and told me he was hanging out at the Goodrich duplex
Therefore, my counselor worked against me , NOT FOR ME !
He ( during my court process) told me lies
# 1 He said , I was looking at prison, when in fact = the sentencing guidelines show only probation, after a jail term .= so in FACT , HE LIED , to get me to PLEAD OUT ” to avoid prison ? ! ”
# 2 he let a , STAND IN , judge , ( hostile to me ), hear my case , never trying to get me a fair hearing or sentence, as other lawyers do .
# 3 He let stand , an assault charge, that SHOULD HAVE BEEN DROPPED!-
-That was actually the worst of the charges I faced, and it never happened. All I did was try to wave a car around me , on Lexington pkwy. No one was threatened, no property was damaged .
There was no complaint filed against me !
But = when the charge surfaced = I was suffering from a brain hemorrhage ( inflicted by a cop in the booking process, that cop , as it turns out , was very unpopular with the rank & file )
The watch commander came by to have a look at my injury , the other cop in the booking area must have told him about my injury
I was cuffed , behind my back , and pushed over , smacking my head on the stone floor , because I couldn’t break my fall .
The next morning , a nice lady came into talk to me , ( get a confession) my brain was bleeding !
I said something, to her , about backing up into a car on Lexington. So the powers that be ran with that = saying it was an assault.
Note : the assault conviction and the hostility of the Judge , making the sentence’s consecutive( unlawfully as it turns out ) led to a much worse out come ,on, court proceedings later in my life .
P S : that so called lawyer representing me – –
# 4 He literally, danced up to the bench , during my proceedings, it appears he really enjoyed himself SETTING ME UP ! Or he was high on something.
